All offered goods on our website are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. We aim to ship all orders next working day. If there will be any problem with processing your order our customer service will contact you to work out the best possible solution. Once your order is sent you will receive confirmation via email. You can also check status of your order by logging to your account in our store.
After your order was sent you should expect it to arrive with 3 to 5 working days in UK and 5 to 10 working days for other EU countries.

As per our Privacy Policy we will not share, sell or outsource in any form any information about our customers and orders to any third party for commercial use. Your details will only be shared with relevant parties to allow us process your order. This simply means that we will share information we have from you with our payment provider to obtain funds for your order and postal service so it could be delivered to you.

Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is our priority. You can return or exchange only new that have not been worn and have not marks of usage with all tags attached. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days since the receipt date.

Please note that gift cards and credits as goods purchased with it use are not exchangeable to cash and will be returned as store credit or goods.

We carefully check all goods before dispatch, however if you parcel has arrived damaged please do not accept it and contact us that you have requested postal service to return it to us. Once we have it back we will expedite a replacement to you or refund your payment.

After order has been accepted we will advise you once it is completed and sent. At the moment we do not provide any printed catalogues. This is in order to provide you with the highest level of security and protect your financial details. We do not receive any of this information for our payment provider.
All prices on our website a final unless stated otherwise. However we reserve our self a right to change price of goods in case of error an any other reason.

Do you ship to all countries?

Yes. We ship our items to all countries listed on the check out page. I some cases for the security reasons we may ask you for additional information to complete your order.

How do you pack purchased item?

All items are packed in a discrete packing that does not indicate its content.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

Once you order has been completed, you will receive confirmation email from us with tracking information. 

Are my credit/debit cards details save?

We have a completely secure payment processor. All our transactions are processed by PayPal, the most popular, most secure and most used payment processor in the world.

Can I cancel my order at any time?  

Yes. As long as your order has not been shipped we are able to cancel your order any time you wish, simply contact us to do this.

How long will I wait for my package?

Average delivery timeframe to UK is 3 to 5 working days since you order has been shipped. You will receive confirmation email once your order is sent.

To most of the EU countries delivery timeframe is 5 to 7 working days since you order has been shipped. To this you will need to add up to 24 that we need to prepare your order for dispatch. We always aim to ship all orders within 24h.

What if my package was not delivered?

Any cases of non receipt will be investigated by us and if we find your claim valid payment will be refunded or we will re-send your order [depending on customer’s choice].

All goods are shipped from Ireland – Dublin.
